The Single Leg RDL is a challenging exercise to improve core stability. It is also a great exercise to build lean muscle and endurance for legs and glutes.
The Pistol Squat is an incredibly advanced movement requiring optimal mobility and stability of your hips. When done correctly it is an effective exercise to build lower body strength and improve stability.
